Go to My Campaigns
Click on Saved Designs and click ADD TO CART next to the project you want to send. OR if sending two or more items, click the checkboxes next to each project then click ADD TO CART at the top of the list*
Click View Cart - Check the quantities are ONE for each item in the cart***
Click Select Recipient
Use the dropdown menu to select the group**/mailing list you want the Project(s) to go to
On the right at the top click on the down arrow for the number of people to view and change to a number larger than the number of people in the group.
Click the Checkbox next to the left of Name Column Heading
Check the Recipient Selected number matches your group number
Repeat Steps 5-8 if more than one group
Click Checkout
EXECUTIVES ONLY - If you need to change the RETURN ADDRESS - In the upper Left click on the three dots next to Return Address. Select Change Return Address. Use the dropdown to select the return address then click on Use Return Address.
Check that everything is okay.
Click Process Order
* If your project contains a Dynamic QR Code Placeholder it MUST BE sent via an automation or it will not work.
** Please Note: All Contacts is NOT a group. It is a combined listing of all contacts whether they are in a group or not. Mailing Lists are not added to All Contacts.
*** Quantity in the cart is how many of the items do you want EACH recipient to receive. If you have one (1) card you want to send to 50 people the quantity is ONE.
If you want each person to receive 50 cards then change the quantity to 50 by clicking on the + (plus) button next to quantity until you get to 50.
