How to Delete Nameless Contact(s) from a Mailing List

  1. Go to Mailing Lists

  2. Click on Select Mailing and select the one you want

  3. Click on Manage List next to the dropdown

  4. Click on List Settings

  5. Uncheck the box and click Update Settings

  6. Click on Contacts in Navigation Bar

  7. Click the dropdown menu and click name of Mailing list

  8. Click the last name column to order the last names and bring those without last names to the top (might have to click twice)

  9. Check the Checkboxes to left of the ones to be removed

  10. Click on DELETE CONTACTS at the top of the list

  11. Follow onscreen instructions

  12. Click Manage Group

  13. Click Group Settings

  14. Check the Box at the top

  15. Save Update

  16. Click the dropdown menu and select the mailing list

  17. Your Mailing List is now back as a Mailing List
