How to Set Up Visitor Reveal Campaigns

This guide walks you through setting up Keyword Leads and Website Leads campaigns in AI Prospecting Suite, including targeting, budgeting, integrations, and launching your campaign.

Overview

AI Prospecting Suite allows you to:

  • Capture high-intent leads based on keyword searches

  • Identify website visitors who didn’t opt in

  • Validate contact details (name, email, home address)

  • Automatically send postcards or direct mail

  • Trigger campaigns without logging into Web to Print daily

Part 1: Keyword Leads Campaign Setup

What Are Keyword Leads?

Keyword Leads allow you to target people actively searching online (Google, Bing, Yahoo) for specific keywords related to your business at a fraction of traditional PPC costs.

Instead of paying $20–$3,000 per lead via Google Ads, Keyword Leads typically cost around $0.35–$0.80 per contact, with significantly more data.

Step 1: Create a Keyword Leads Campaign

1. Click Add Campaign

2. Select Keyword Leads

3. Name your campaign (example: Keyword Leads – Tulsa Real Estate)

4. Choose where leads will be sent (Google Sheet or integration)

Step 2: Choose Your Target Area

  • National

  • Statewide

  • Local (ZIP codes)

· Enter one ZIP code per line

Step 3: Set Daily Lead Limits

You can cap how many contacts you receive per day to control spend.

Example:

  • 5 leads/day

  • 10 leads/day

  • No limit

Step 4: Select Contact Data Type

You can choose:

  • Basic Information

  • Advanced Information (recommended)

Advanced data may include:

  • Household income

  • Credit score range

  • Home value

  • Property details

📌 Phone numbers are optional and often not recommended for compliance reasons.

Step 5: Keyword Research (Very Important)

1. Click the three dots (⋯) in the top-right

2. Select Search Volume Estimate

3. Enter keywords such as:

o “real estate agent near me”

o “sell my home”

o “buy a home”

4. Click Get Count

This report shows:

  • Estimated searches

  • Recent lead volume

  • ZIP code or national performance (7-day lookback)

Use this data to refine your keyword list before saving.

Step 6: Save & Launch

1. Add your finalized keywords

2. Click Save

3. Click Play ▶ to start the campaign

Part 2: Campaign Financials

How Pricing Works

  • No monthly campaign fees

  • No setup fees

  • Pay per contact only

Example:

  • $0.35 per contact

  • 10 leads/day × 7 days × 4 weeks ≈ ~$98/month

Billing Options

You can choose:

  • Continual Top-Up (recommended)

    • Wallet auto-refills when balance drops

  • One-Time Purchase

    • Buy a fixed number of contacts

Where Do Leads Go?

  • Google Sheets

  • CRM integrations

  • AI Prospecting Suite dashboard

You can always click View Google Sheet from the campaign to see live leads.

Using Automations

Leads can:

  • Be added to contact groups

  • Trigger postcard or mail automations

  • Be excluded or archived if needed

Part 4: Website Leads Campaign

What Are Website Leads?

Website Leads identify people who visit your website but do not opt in.

The system:

  • Tracks visitors

  • Validates contact information

  • Matches them to a home address

  • Makes them eligible for direct mail

Step 1: Create a Website Leads Campaign

1. Click Add Campaign

2. Select Website Leads

3. Name the campaign

4. Enter your website URL

Step 2: Choose Contact Data to Capture

Recommended:

  • Home address (required for mail)

  • Email address

Avoid enabling phone numbers unless necessary.

Step 3: Install the Tracking Code

1. Click View Embedded Code

2. Copy the code

3. Paste it into the header section of your website

Supported platforms:

  • GoDaddy

  • HighLevel

  • Squarespace

  • Custom websites

  • Google Tag Manager

Similar to installing a Facebook Pixel.

Step 4: Validate Installation

  • Click Check Embedded Code

  • Once validated, you’ll see a green confirmation

Step 5: Re-Identification Settings

Choose how long to re-identify returning visitors:

  • Up to 1 year

  • Or never

You can also exclude contacts already identified in other campaigns to avoid double charges.

Part 5: Launching & Managing Website Leads

  • Click Play ▶ to start the campaign

  • View leads in:

    • Dashboard

    • Google Sheets

  • Archive contacts or add exclusion lists as needed
