Setting Up Your AI Prospecting Suite Account

Getting Started

This article walks you through the initial setup process for the AI Prospecting Suite so your account is fully configured and ready to use.

The setup includes four simple steps:

· Personal Profile

· Business Profile

· Payment Setup

· Final Review & Dashboard Access

Step 1: Set Up Your Personal Profile

After logging in, you’ll be prompted to complete your Personal Profile.

You’ll need to enter:

· Your full name

· Your email address

· Your mailing address

· You can also upload or update your profile photo.

👉 This information can be edited later from the top-right corner of your account.

Once finished, click Next to continue.

Step 2: Complete Your Business Profile

Next, you’ll set up your Business Profile.

In this section, you can:

· Upload your company logo

· Choose to use your personal contact information,

or

· Enter separate business contact details

After reviewing your information, click Next.

Step 3: Add Payment Information

You’ll now be asked to add a payment method.

Here you will:

· Enter the card you want on file for usage-based fees

· Choose whether billing uses your company mailing address or personal mailing address

💡 Adding a card allows orders to process automatically when campaigns are sent.

Once completed, scroll down and click Next.

Step 4: Accept the Agreement & Finish Setup

At the bottom of the page, you’ll see the Marketing and Service Agreement.

To finish setup:

· Scroll to the bottom of the agreement

· Check the confirmation box

· Click Next

You’ll then be taken directly to your AI Prospecting Suite dashboard.

Understanding Your Dashboard

After setup, your account will automatically load into the system.

From your dashboard, you can view:

· Total contacts

· Total spend

· Campaign analytics

· You can also filter by campaign type to see detailed performance and cost breakdowns for each campaign.

What You Can Do Next

Once your account is set up, you’re ready to:

· Manage website leads

· View and organize contacts

· Track campaign performance

· Send campaigns through AI Prospecting Suite
